Are your products made on-site or do you buy them in from external suppliers? |

Yes, our products are handmade to order on-site, we only use external suppliers for our ingredients, all of which are based in the UK. |

Are any of your products tested on animals? |

Definitely not, nor do they contain any animal derived products. |

How long will my order take to be processed? |
|

We ask you to allow 3-7 days, despatch times can be slightly longer during busy times of the year. You will receive an email once your payment has been confirmed & another email on the day your order has been despatched. |

How will my order be despatched? |

This will depend on the value & quantity of products ordered: For small orders, we use 1st Class Post. For small valuable orders we use 1st Class Recorded Post. For larger orders, we use Initial City Link Next Day Courier. |

Are your bath salts suitable for use in my Jacuzzi or Spa? |

Our bath salts do not foam when sprinkled into water. The colours we use are water-based that dissolve in water & do not leave any coloured stains. However, we would always recommend that you consult your Jacuzzi supplier prior to using anything besides water in your Jacuzzi. |

Yes, we are able to produce customised products for a small charge, this can be for different shapes/colours/glitters/packaging – just email us with your requirements. |

Our products are suitable for most skin & hair types, however they are not medicated & therefore may be unsuitable for some skin or scalp conditions. Some of our natural products are beneficial for skin problems – this information will be listed in the product description. |
